(Bilimsel Tan\u0131m)<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6zel yetenekli birey; zek\u00e2, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, sanat, liderlik kapasitesi veya \u00f6zel akademik alanlarda ya\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131na g\u00f6re y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde performans g\u00f6steren ve bu potansiyellerini geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in standart e\u011fitim programlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde \u00f6zel e\u011fitim hizmetlerine ve faaliyetlerine ihtiya\u00e7 duyan bireydir.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu durum, beynin bilgiyi i\u015fleme h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n ve ba\u011flant\u0131 kurma becerisinin akran grubuna g\u00f6re daha ileri d\u00fczeyde olmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanan n\u00f6rogeli\u015fimsel bir farkl\u0131l\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u00d6zel Yeteneklili\u011fin Belirtileri ve Alanlar\u0131 Nelerdir?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6zel yeteneklilik tek bir alana s\u0131k\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir kavram de\u011fildir. Bireyler \u015fu farkl\u0131 alanlarda veya bunlar\u0131n kombinasyonlar\u0131nda \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck g\u00f6sterebilirler:<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Genel Zihinsel Yetenek<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00d6zellikleri:<\/strong> H\u0131zl\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme, y\u00fcksek ak\u0131l y\u00fcr\u00fctme becerisi, geli\u015fmi\u015f kelime haznesi ve soyut kavramlar\u0131 (ya\u015fam, \u00f6l\u00fcm, evren vb.) erken ya\u015fta kavrama becerisiyle kendini g\u00f6sterir. Bilgiye kar\u015f\u0131 muazzam bir a\u00e7l\u0131klar\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">G\u00f6rsel ve \u0130\u015fitsel Sanatlar<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00d6zellikleri:<\/strong> Resim, m\u00fczik, heykel veya tiyatro gibi alanlarda akranlar\u0131ndan \u00e7ok daha erken ya\u015fta kompozisyon kurma, ritim yakalama, \u00f6zg\u00fcn eserler \u00fcretme ve estetik alg\u0131 geli\u015ftirme becerisidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yarat\u0131c\u0131 D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme ve Problem \u00c7\u00f6zme<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00d6zellikleri:<\/strong> Bir probleme herkesin bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6nden farkl\u0131, s\u0131ra d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretebilme (lateral d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme) yetene\u011fidir. Genellikle ya\u015f\u00e7a kendilerinden b\u00fcy\u00fck bireylerle ileti\u015fim kurmay\u0131 tercih ederler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Tan\u0131lama ve De\u011ferlendirme S\u00fcreci Nas\u0131l \u0130\u015fler?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6zel yetenekli bireylerin resmi olarak tan\u0131lanmas\u0131 ve devlet destekli e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131ndan faydalanabilmesi i\u00e7in \u015fu yasal ad\u0131mlar izlenir:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.Aday G\u00f6sterme ve Okul S\u00fcreci:<\/strong>\u0130lk Ad\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130lkokul d\u00f6neminde (genellikle 1, 2. veya 3. s\u0131n\u0131flarda) s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011fretmenleri; g\u00f6zlemleri, \u00f6\u011frencinin akademik \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 ve yarat\u0131c\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda \u00f6\u011frenciyi <strong>B\u0130LSEM (Bilim ve Sanat Merkezleri)<\/strong> s\u0131navlar\u0131 i\u00e7in aday g\u00f6sterir. G\u00f6zlem formlar\u0131 MEBB\u0130S \u00fczerinden doldurulur.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.Grup Tarama ve Bireysel De\u011ferlendirme (RAM\/B\u0130LSEM):<\/strong>\u0130kinci Ad\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aday g\u00f6sterilen \u00f6\u011frenciler \u00f6ncelikle merkezi bir grup tarama uygulamas\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131r. Bu a\u015famay\u0131 ge\u00e7en \u00f6\u011frenciler, <strong>RAM (Rehberlik ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi)<\/strong> b\u00fcnyesinde veya belirlenen merkezlerde uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan <strong>bireysel zek\u00e2 ve yetenek testlerine (WISC-R, WISC-4, ASIS vb.)<\/strong> tabi tutulur. T\u0131bbi bir tan\u0131lama veya hastane raporu s\u00fcreci (\u00c7\u00d6ZGER) bu grupta bulunmaz.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.E\u011fitsel Tedbir ve B\u0130LSEM Karar\u0131:<\/strong>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc Ad\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yap\u0131lan bireysel testlerde belirlenen baraj puanlar\u0131 a\u015fan \u00f6\u011frenciler &#8220;\u00d6zel Yetenekli&#8221; olarak tan\u0131lan\u0131r. Bu \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in iki temel e\u011fitim tedbiri uygulan\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Kendi okullar\u0131nda akranlar\u0131yla e\u011fitime devam ederken kendileri i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanan <strong>farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f BEP planlar\u0131<\/strong> uygulan\u0131r ve okulun <strong>Destek E\u011fitim Odas\u0131<\/strong>&#8216;ndan \u00fcst d\u00fczey materyallerle faydalan\u0131rlar.<\/li>\n\n<li>Okul saatleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki zamanlarda (ak\u015fam veya hafta sonu) <strong>B\u0130LSEM<\/strong>&#8216;e giderek proje tabanl\u0131, derinle\u015ftirilmi\u015f \u00f6zel at\u00f6lye e\u011fitimlerine kat\u0131l\u0131rlar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. \u00d6zel E\u011fitim ve M\u00fcdahale Y\u00f6ntemleri<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6zel yetenekli \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n e\u011fitim programlar\u0131, onlar\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenme h\u0131z\u0131na ve derinli\u011fine yan\u0131t verecek \u015fekilde yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Standart m\u00fcfredat bu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 k\u00f6reltebilir.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E\u011fitimde Kullan\u0131lan Ba\u015fl\u0131ca Stratejiler:<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zenginle\u015ftirme (Enrichment):<\/strong> \u00c7ocu\u011fun kendi s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda ve akranlar\u0131yla kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak, i\u015flenen konular\u0131n derinli\u011fini art\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Konuyla ilgili makaleler okuma, ara\u015ft\u0131rma projeleri \u00fcretme veya ment\u00f6rl\u00fck deste\u011fi sa\u011flama bu kapsama girer.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>H\u0131zland\u0131rma (Acceleration):<\/strong> \u00c7ocu\u011fun \u00f6\u011frenme h\u0131z\u0131na ayak uydurmak amac\u0131yla okula erken ba\u015flama, s\u0131n\u0131f atlama veya baz\u0131 dersleri \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131flarla birlikte alma uygulamas\u0131d\u0131r. Sosyal ve duygusal olgunluk d\u00fczeyi g\u00f6zetilerek karar verilmelidir.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma (Differentiation):<\/strong> E\u011fitim i\u00e7eriklerinin, s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin ve \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin \u00e7ocu\u011fun ilgi ve yetenek alanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re yeniden tasarlanmas\u0131d\u0131r. D\u00fcz anlat\u0131m yerine probleme dayal\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme ve istasyon teknikleri kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Sosyal-Duygusal Destek (Asenkron Geli\u015fim Y\u00f6netimi):<\/strong> Bu \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n zihinsel geli\u015fimleri, duygusal ve fiziksel geli\u015fimlerinden \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ilerleyebilir (Asenkron Geli\u015fim). Bu durumdan kaynaklanan m\u00fckemmeliyet\u00e7ilik, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hassasiyet ve varolu\u015fsal kayg\u0131lar i\u00e7in okul psikolojik dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131ndan destek al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Aileler \u0130\u00e7in Evde Destek Rehberi<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ev ortam\u0131nda \u00e7ocu\u011fun potansiyelini desteklerken duygusal dengesini korumak kritik bir rol oynar:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sadece Ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 ve Zek\u00e2y\u0131 De\u011fil, \u00c7abay\u0131 \u00d6v\u00fcn:<\/strong> \u00c7ocu\u011funuza s\u00fcrekli &#8220;\u00c7ok zekisin&#8221;, &#8220;Dahisin&#8221; gibi ifadeler kullanmak onda hata yapma korkusu ve m\u00fckemmeliyet\u00e7ilik yarat\u0131r. Bunun yerine: <em>&#8220;Bu projede \u00e7ok yarat\u0131c\u0131 bir y\u00f6ntem denemi\u015fsin, g\u00f6sterdi\u011fin \u00e7abay\u0131 \u00e7ok be\u011fendim&#8221;<\/em> diyerek <strong>s\u00fcreci<\/strong> takdir edin.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Sorular\u0131n\u0131 Ge\u00e7i\u015ftirmeyin:<\/strong> Bitmek bilmeyen &#8220;Neden?&#8221; ve &#8220;Nas\u0131l?&#8221; sorular\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sab\u0131rl\u0131 olun. Cevab\u0131n\u0131 bilmedi\u011finiz durumlarda &#8220;Bunu ben de tam bilmiyorum, hadi gel birlikte k\u00fct\u00fcphaneden veya g\u00fcvenli internet kaynaklar\u0131ndan ara\u015ft\u0131ral\u0131m&#8221; diyerek onu ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nlendirin.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Geni\u015f ve Derinlemesine \u0130lgi Alanlar\u0131na Alan A\u00e7\u0131n:<\/strong> \u00c7ocu\u011fun o d\u00f6nem merak sard\u0131\u011f\u0131 alana (\u00f6rne\u011fin astronomi, arkeoloji veya yaz\u0131l\u0131m) ait kitaplar, belgeseller, m\u00fcze ziyaretleri veya deney kitleri ile ev ortam\u0131n\u0131 zenginle\u015ftirin. \u0130lgi alan\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fti\u011finde ona bask\u0131 yapmay\u0131n, esnek olun.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u00c7ocuk Oldu\u011funu Unutmay\u0131n:<\/strong> Zihni yeti\u015fkin gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor olsa da kalbi ve duygular\u0131 hala bir \u00e7ocuktur.
